MINSK, 3 May (BelTA) – A Belarusian delegation will hold talks with big pharmaceutical companies during the Belarusian-Japanese economic forum in Tokyo and Osaka on 10-11 May, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.
The program of activities envisages meetings with representatives of the pharmaceutical companies Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Chukan Butsu, Shionogi Pharma and Ohno Pharma, and also a visit to NTT Medical Center Tokyo. Meetings will be held in the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan.
There are also plans to hold a presentation of Belarus’ investment potential, including the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park Great Stone, the Japanese-Belarusian industrial zone in Mogilev Oblast project and many more. Meetings will be also held with representatives of the ministries of foreign affairs, economy, trade and industry. The event will feature B2B talks and a tour of the leading Japanese companies in Tokyo and Osaka. The parties are expected to sign a number of bilateral documents.
Among the organizers of the forum is the Healthcare Ministry, the Belarusian embassy in Japan, Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee, and the National Agency of Investment and Privatization.
