MINSK, 21 November (BelTA) – Belarus’ delegation is taking part in the Tashkent International Tourism Fair “Tourism on the Silk Road” in Uzbekistan, BelTA learned from the National Tourism Agency.
Belarus’ stand features the national air carrier Belavia, the Sports and Tourism Department of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee, the Sports and Tourism Directorate of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee, the national historical and cultural museum-reserve Nesvizh Castle, Minsk City Hospital, the Information and Tourist Center Minsk, Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ), and travel agencies.
The Tashkent International Tourism Fair “Tourism on the Silk Road” in Uzbekistan is running at the CAEx Uzbekistan exhibition center on 21-23 November. This is a large-scale showcase event for the tourism industry of Uzbekistan and entire Central Asia. The fair has been held since 1995 with the official support of the UN Tourism (UNWTO). Every year, the exhibition brings together tourism professionals from all over the world.
