MINSK, 30 March (BelTA) – Belarus organized a large-scale exposition of Belarusian foods at the international food expo UzFood in Uzbekistan, representatives of the exhibition enterprise BelInterExpo told BelTA.
The international expo of food, ingredients, and production technologies UzFood 2022 is scheduled to take place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on 29-31 March. The Belarusian exposition featured products by 21 food producers. The exposition stood out from the crowd thanks to the versatility of areas and industry branches on display.
“The organization of Belarus’ large-scale expositions at major expos in Uzbekistan has become a good tradition. Belarusian products are known well in Uzbekistan. Local consumers appreciate Belarusian foods thanks to their high quality and natural taste. Still there is a great potential for expanding cooperation between Belarusian and Uzbek businesses, for increasing trade volumes, and expanding the choice of the food products Belarus sells to Uzbekistan,” Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Uzbekistan Leonid Marinich said.
The exposition has been organized by the exhibition enterprise BelInterExpo of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI).
