Belarus, Russia’s Vladimir Oblast sign action plan to implement cooperation agreement

MINSK, 17 December (BelTA) – An action plan to implement the agreement on cooperation in trade, economy, science, technology, culture, and social affairs between the Belarusian government and the administration of Russia’s Vladimir Oblast for 2021-2023 was signed during the Vladimir Investment Congress 2020. The action plan was signed by Belarus' Economy Minister Aleksandr Chervyakov and Vladimir Oblast Governor Vladimir Sipyagin during a videoconference, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Economy Ministry.

The action plan sets forth activities in various fields of the bilateral cooperation and is aimed at intensifying direct ties between economic entities of Belarus and Vladimir Oblast. The focus is placed on cooperation in industry, construction, housing and utilities, and agriculture.

The action plan is expected to boost trade between Belarus and Vladimir Oblast and expand cooperation in humanitarian affairs.
