MINSK, 21 May (BelTA) – Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Parkhomchik and First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Denis Manturov discussed the implementation of a common industrial policy in the Union State, BelTA learned from the press service of the government.
The parties also discussed the implementation of new integration import-substituting projects with the attraction of Russian state loans. In addition, attention was paid to cooperation in the machine-tool, shipbuilding and aircraft industries and the implementation of the bilateral cooperation potential.
Piotr Parkhomchik and Denis Manturov expressed readiness to continue the dialogue in all areas of trade and economic interaction between the two countries. They also discussed plans for mutual visits within the framework of major exhibition forums of Belarus and Russia.
Attending the talks were Belarusian Industry Minister Aleksandr Rogozhnik and Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Anton Alikhanov.
