MINSK, 13 May (BelTA) – Belarus and Russia have agreed to find a compromise on the gas issue, State Secretary of the Belarus-Russia Union State Grigory Rapota told reporters, BelTA has learned.
Negotiation is a natural process. New circumstances and new approaches to price-setting arise, and they need to be discussed. The gas issue between Belarus and Russia will be settled to the satisfaction of both parties, Grigory Rapota believes.
The State Secretary of the Belarus-Russia Union State is attending the 11th Belarusian international media forum Partnership for the Future. The forum is running in Minsk from 11 to 14 May.
