MINSK, 12 April (BelTA) – Requirements for self-employed businessmen and corporations specializing in civil engineering have been relaxed in Belarus. The measures are stipulated by resolution No.15 issued by the Architecture and Construction Ministry on 23 March 2018 and published by the national legal information website on 12 April, BelTA has learned.
The document amends the Architecture and Construction Ministry’s resolution on the certification of corporations and self-employed businessmen, who specialize in several kinds of architectural business, town planning, civil engineering, building inspection and structural inspection.
Qualification requirements for corporations and self-employed businessmen to obtain civil engineering industry compliance certificates have been changed. The required personnel numbers have been adjusted. Among other things small private companies will be able to participate in the construction of more complicated facilities.
