MINSK, 1 February (BelTA) – Belarus-Poland cooperation in the agricultural sector was discussed during a visit of the Belarusian parliamentary delegation led by Vice Speaker of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly Boleslav Pirshtuk to Poland, BelTA learned from the press service of the House of Representatives.
Cooperation in the farming sector was considered at the meeting with Polish Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Krzysztof Jurgiel.
The talks with Polish Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Marek Ziolkowski focused on the ways to expand bilateral trade, economic and cross-border cooperation and contacts.
The Belarusian delegation also met with Polish businessmen to talk over the prospects of increasing supplies of Belarusian products to Poland and implementation of investment projects in Belarus.
