MINSK, 22 March (BelTA) – Belarus-Oman cooperation prospects in trade and economy were discussed at a meeting of Abdullah Al Harthy, member of the Board of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Honorary Consul of Belarus in Oman, with Belarus’ First Deputy Minister of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade Ivan Vezhnovets, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade.
The parties explored possibilities to ramp up trade and economic cooperation, to launch joint projects in manufacturing, as well as other steps to intensify bilateral contacts.
During the meeting, the parties thrashed out plans to further strengthen the Belarus-Oman dialogue in areas of mutual interest.
