MOSCOW, 6 March (BelTA) – Belarus and Nepal are interested in strengthening the trade and economic relations. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Igor Petrishenko met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nepal to Russia Rishi Ram Ghimire to consider opportunities for stepping up the bilateral cooperation, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia.
“The parties exchanged opinions on the development of the bilateral cooperation between Belarus and Nepal. Special attention was paid to stepping up the trade and economic relations,” the press service said.
The diplomatic relations between Belarus and Nepal were established on 19 July 1993.
