MINSK, 13 December (BelTA) – Belarus and Kazakhstan are drafting agreements on cooperation in space and information sectors ahead of Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s visit to Belarus, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Belarus Yergali Bulegenov told BelTA.
The diplomat noted that a preliminary agreement was reached between the heads of state on an official visit of the President of Kazakhstan to Belarus. The parties are gearing up for the visit, developing bilateral documents for signing.
“We understand that we need breakthrough projects. We are working on them. The date for the visit will be announced as soon as all the corresponding proposals are ready,” the Ambassador said.
