Belarus, Iran discuss trade, economic cooperation

MINSK, 14 April (BelTA) – Belarus’ Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikolai Borisevich met with Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Belarus Saeed Yari  on 13 April, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties discussed the current situation in the Middle East, topical issues of the Belarusian-Iranian trade and economic cooperation, and interaction within the framework of international organizations.

The organization of the regular meetings of the joint Belarusian-Iranian commissions on cooperation in the field of higher education, science and technologies was also discussed during the meeting.
