Belarus invited to China’s Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair as guest of honor

MINSK, 27 May (BelTA) – Representatives of the Belarusian Embassy in China met with Tan Baicheng, vice chairman of the council for the promotion of international trade of China’s Heilongjiang Province, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in China.

The meeting was also attended by a representative of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government in Heilongjiang Province. The parties discussed cooperation between Belarus and Heilongjiang Province, promising joint projects and cooperation avenues in trade, economy, investment, and culture.

The parties hailed high potential of the bilateral cooperation in all key areas and reaffirmed commitment to advancing cooperation in these areas.

The Chinese participants invited representatives of the embassy and Belarusian companies to take part in the 9th Heilongjiang green food industry expo in October 2021 and the 32nd Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair in June 2022 as a guest of honor.
