MINSK, 16 January (BelTA) – In January-November 2022, enterprises affiliated with the Industry Ministry of Belarus increased their exports to the CIS countries by almost 40%, BelTA learned from the press service of the Industry Ministry.
Over this period, the total exports of the manufacturers affiliated with the Industry Ministry grew by 14.1%, the imports inched up by 1.7%. Thus, the companies had a trade surplus.
The enterprises of the Industry Ministry sold their products to 120 countries of the world.
In January-November 2022 the exports to the CIS countries expanded by 39.7%: the exports to the Russian Federation rose by 52.4%, to Kazakhstan by 32.9%, to Armenia by 48.8%, to Kyrgyzstan by 30.3%, to Tajikistan by 60.8%, to Azerbaijan by 14.4%.
There was also a significant increase in exports to such far-away countries as Egypt (4.8 times), Zimbabwe (10 times), the United Arab Emirates (3.2 times). Deliveries to Lebanon, Ghana, and Iraq were resumed.
