MINSK, 17 February (BelTA) – Belarus’ industrial and export potential has been presented at a business forum in Uganda, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The forum that took place in Kampala, the capital city of Uganda, was organized by the Belarusian Embassy in Ethiopia. The business forum showcased the industrial and export potential of Belarus, its flagship manufacturers of trucks and tractors, tires, iron and steel products.
“Partaking in the forum were representatives of the Uganda Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, the Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and businessmen. Forum participants showed interest in further strengthening of the bilateral trade and economic ties,” the press service said.
