MINSK, 11 May (BelTA) – 25 agreements were signed at the Belarusian-Chinese interregional business forum in Minsk on 11 May, BelTA informs.

The documents included the agreement of friendship and cooperation between Gomel and Harbin, the establishment of twin town relations between Grodno and Lunnan (Gansu), Polotsk and Mudanjiang. Cooperation will be developed between Brest Oblast and Hubei Province, the Minsk City Hall and Beijing People’s Government.

Apart from that the number of documents included the memorandum of cooperation between the Trade Ministry of Belarus and the People’s Government of Gansu Province. The memorandum of cooperation was concluded between IZP Technologies Group Beijing (China) and AOI Logistic Park (Belarus).

On 11 May Minsk hosted the Belarusian-Chinese Interregional Business Forum. It was organized by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the Economy Ministry of Belarus and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Around 450 people took part in the forum, including 300 representatives of China. The plenary meeting, New Platforms, New Opportunities, included a presentation of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park Great Stone project, speeches of the authorities of the Chinese cities and provinces, Belarusian regions.
