MINSK, 24 November (BelTA) – On 22 November 2023 the Agriculture and Food Ministry of Belarus passed Resolution No. 147 to increase minimum prices for some products sold under foreign trade contracts. The document was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA informs.
In line with the document, fresh, chilled and frozen carcasses and half carcasses of young cattle will be sold to the EAEU states (except for Russia) and the CIS states (except for the EAEU states) and Georgia at a price of $3.6 per kg, and carcass junctures from young cattle will be sold to these countries at $3.6 per kg.
Milk and cream, condensed milk, powdered milk, milk in granules or other solid forms, with a fat content of more than 1.5%, without added sugar or other sweeteners, will be sold to Russia for no less than RUB305 per 1 kg. Butter with a fat content of 80% or more will now cost RUB530 instead of RUB520 for Russia and $5 instead of $4.7 per 1 kg for the EAEU countries (except for Russia) and the CIS countries (except for the EAEU countries) and Georgia. The cost of 1 kg of butter with a fat content between 72% and 80% will be RUB480 for Russia, and $4.5 for the EAEU countries (except for Russia) and the CIS countries (except for the EAEU countries) and Georgia.
Prices depend on where these products will go.
The resolution came into force on 24 November.
