MINSK, 22 August (BelTA) - The Belarusian mechanical engineering company Amkodor has opened its service center in Russia’s Tomsk, BelTA learned from the company’s website.
The center will provide warranty and after-sales maintenance of Amkodor machinery. The center will have a warehouse of replacement parts for the full line of equipment, a repair shop, a mobile office and service vans.
“A new center in Tomsk opens up an opportunity to provide fast maintenance to special-purpose equipment and ensure its technical readiness,” Director General of Amkodor-Rosmash Alexander Garavsky said at the opening ceremony.
Deputy Head of the Forestry Department of Tomsk Oblast Roman Smalev stressed that the Amkodor service center will help small logging enterprises of the oblast to increase wood procurement thanks to the acquisition of the Belarusian special-purpose equipment, get qualified assistance and a timely supply of necessary replacement parts.
