MINSK, 16 July (BelTA) - Mutual respect and the desire to be honest in the relations will produce good results for Belarus and Moldova, Moldovan President Nicolae Timofti said as he met with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk on 16 July, BelTA has learned.

"The mutual respect which we have in the relations between our countries, the desire to be honest will give good results," said Nicolae Timofti.

The Moldovan President noted that the current visit to Belarus will give a new impetus to the development of relations between the two countries.
