VIENNA, 24 May (BelTA) – Belarus and the European Union are ready to take steps towards each other, Belarus First Deputy Prime Minister Vasily Matyushevsky told reporters on the sidelines of the European-Belarusian Investment Forum in Vienna when asked by BelTA about the nature of the dialogue between Belarus and the EU.
“Belarus and the EU hear each other. The atmosphere is that of openness, understanding and willingness to move towards each other and do something, which is important,” Vasily Matyushevsky noted.
