MINSK, 5 April (BelTA) – The main point for new managers is to be honest and decent, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said as he made a number of new personnel appointments on 5 April, BelTA has learned.

“The main thing for everybody is to be hones and decent, in relations with labor collectives, others. Fairness is above all. If you lack the legislative basis somewhere, act fairly,” the head of state stressed.

“Justice is above law. It has always been so. There can be unjust laws, while the very notion of justice is absolute,” Alexander Lukashenko added.
