MINSK, 6 December (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to Finland President Sauli Niinisto as the country celebrates the 100^th anniversary of the Republic of Finland, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“Belarus appreciates Finland’s experience in the economic, innovative, social and other fields and pays much attention to the expansion of ties with your country,” the message of greetings reads.

Alexander Lukashenko stressed that constructive interstate relations are the foundation for the enhancement of the Belarusian-Finnish trade and investment cooperation, promotion of regional stability and security.
