MINSK, 30 November (BelTA) – Belarus and China can learn from each other in the process of the development of bilateral relations, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Belarus Cui Qiming said at a plenary session of the conference Experience of China’s Reform and Opening-Up Policy and its Relevance for the Belarusian Model of Sustainable Social and Economic Development on 30 November, BelTA has learned.
Cui Qiming is convinced that the Belarusian-Chinese relations can become a vivid example of productive interaction.
The ambassador emphasized the importance of China’s reform and opening-up policy in providing broad prospects and sustainable impetus to the Belarusian-Chinese cooperation. With the active assistance of the leaders of Belarus and China, the relations of the countries reached a new level of comprehensive strategic partnership. The China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone is one of the finest examples of bilateral cooperation.
The international conference is underway at the Belarusian State University on 30 November. It has been organized by the Confucius Institute of Chinese Studies at the Belarusian State University with the support of the Belarusian embassy in China. The focus of the conference agenda is on the experience of structural transformations of the executive bodies and the improvement of the mechanism of state administration of the People’s Republic of China.
