MINSK, 15 June (BelTA) – Vietnamese Culture Days will take place in Belarus on 16-22 June, representatives of the Belarusian Culture Ministry told BelTA.

The visit of the Vietnam delegation will begin on 17 June with a tour of the Great Patriotic War memorial Khatyn and the Belarusian State Museum of History of the Great Patriotic War. The photo exhibition Beauty of Vietnam will be opened in the National Art Museum of Belarus on 18 June. The exhibition will feature 50 photos by Vietnamese photo artists and offers a closer look at Vietnam’s culture. Visitors of the exhibition will be able to get a glimpse of places of interest in Vietnam, its nature, festival events and contests.

The Vietnamese Culture Days will be officially opened in the concert hall of the Belarusian State Philharmonic in the evening of 17 June. A gala concert will follow. Spectators will be able to hear and see events staged by artists of the Vietnam Opera and Ballet Theater and the State Music Academy of Vietnam. Residents of Molodechno will be able to get familiar with the musical culture of Vietnam where a concert by Vietnamese performers will take place on 19 June.
