MINSK, 13 April (BelTA) – Uzbekistan is playing hose to the Days of Belarusian Culture and Cinema for the first time, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Culture Ministry.
The program includes the performances of the Syabry band, the State Academic Dance Ensemble of Belarus, and the lead actor of the Zhinovich National Folk Orchestra Igor Zadorozhny.
The Uzbekistan audience will also have a chance to see four Belarusian films: Tum-Pabi-Dum, Sledy na Vode (Traces on the Water), Neveroyatnoe Peremeschenie (an Incredible Relocation), Brestskaya Krepost (Brest Fortress).
The cooperation of Belarus and Uzbekistan in culture relies on the treaty of cooperation in culture and art which was signed in 1994.
