MINSK, 8 April (BelTA) – Belarusian athletes clinched three medals at the FIG World Cup 2019 Pesaro which ended on 7 April, BelTA has learned.
Katsiaryna Halkina of Belarus claimed bronze with the Hoop scoring 21,200 points. Arina Averina of Russia took gold with 22,500 points. Her sister Dina Averina placed second with 22,400 points.
Belarus’ Alina Harnasko took bronze with the Clubs scoring the total of 20,600 points. Russia’s Dina Averina clinched gold here with 22,400 points. Second was Italy’s Alexandra Agiurgiuculese (20,950 points).
Alina Harnasko won one more bronze with the Ribbon (18,800 points). Russia’s Dina Averina took gold (20,600 points). Katrin Taseva of Bulgaria finished second (19,000 points).
Rhythmic gymnastics competitions will make part of the 2nd European Games on 22-23 June. Athletes will compete in eight medal events.
