MINSK, 26 August (BelTA) – The Belarusian duo of Kristina Staroselets and Tatyana Klimovich claimed silver at the World Rowing Under 23 Championships in Rotterdam, BelTA has learned.
In the Women’s Double Sculls the Belarusian team clocked 7 minutes 29.260 seconds to clinch silver. The UK took gold in 7 minutes 23.460 seconds. Bronze went to Romania (7 minutes 31.200 seconds).
Belarus Women’s Four team of Ksenia Romanovskaya, Anastasia Semenova, Yana Tsupa and Alexandra Yukhnovich finished sixth, clocking 6 minutes 39.780 seconds. The event was won by the U.S. team in 6 minutes 27.280 seconds.
