MINSK, 6 December (BelTA) – The 13th Christmas Amateur Ice Hockey Tournament will take place in the Belarusian capital Minsk on 4-7 January, Alexander Shestakov, deputy head of the Minsk City Hall department for cultural establishments and cultural and enlightenment activities, told the media on 6 December.
“The Christmas Amateur Ice Hockey Tournament, which is scheduled to take place in Minsk on 4-7 January, will be a traditionally spectacular event,” said Alexander Shestakov.
In his words, if the weather is fine, different winter sports competitions will be held in every district of the city.
Alexander Shestakov added that about 100 festive events are scheduled in Minsk on Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
