This year the forum organizers decided to go without the jury and gave complete control over the festival to the young people who took an active part in the life of the festival: they engaged in discussions with experts, issued a youth newspaper and did audience surveys. In addition to the main prize the youth instituted five nominations. The performance "Shakespeare" and the Aleksander Wegierka Drama Theater (Bialystok) were named best in the nomination "The Best Theater Comic Play". The play Mitya’s Love and the State Drama Theater Na Liteinom (St. Petersburg) won the prize in the nomination "Delicate, Genuine and Moving Direction”. The performance Players and the Russian Theater of Estonia (Tallinn) received the award in the nomination “Intricate Confidence Game”. The Search For Answers award went to the Belarusian-German Theater NiMu (Minsk, Berlin). The Meyerhold Center won another prize in the nomination "For Making Us Happy”.

During the closing ceremony of the festival the director of the Mogilev Regional Drama Theater Andrei Novikov noted that the festival has become a n important event in the cultural life of Mogilev and Belarus. "These 10 years have been truly important for the Mogilev theater because the forum has given momentum to the city and the theater alike," he said. Andrei Novikov wished Happy Theater Day to the audience and guests of the festival and thanked all those who supported and helped with the preparation and holding of the international festival.

The youth theater festival in Mogilev was conceived a decade ago as a festival to showcase the works of the young for the young and with their participation. One of its tasks is to help develop a good artistic taste. Today, the festival keeps its vision and continues to be an educational program for young artists and directors. This year the seven-day theater festival showed 19 performances by theater companies from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, and Israel.

The founders of the festival are the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee, the ideology, culture and youth affairs department of the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee, and the Mogilev Regional Drama Theater.
