MINSK, 9 August (BelTA) – The Day of Azerbaijan Culture will take place in Minsk on 12 August, BelTA learned from the press service of the Minsk City Hall.
The Upper Town will invite guests and residents of the Belarusian capital to enjoy Azerbaijani music and dances from Caucasus Legends and Sari gelin. Among the performers will also be Belarus’ entry at the 2015 Junior Eurovision Ruslan Aslanov and Belarusian representative of the international contest Turkvision 2015 Sasha Kyazimova.
The program will also include a fashion show from designer Sabina Alashova, master classes in dancing, cooking, a trading show of Azerbaijan products, and a photo zone in a national style.
Visitors will be able to taste dishes of the Azerbaijani cuisine, sweets and tea.
The event will be held for the second time in Minsk. Among the organizers is the Minsk City Hall, the international public association Congress of Azerbaijani Communities, under the aegis of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Belarus.
