Bronze for Belarus at Chuncheon 2024 World Taekwondo Junior Championships

MINSK, 2 October (BelTA) – Palina Mikhalchuk of Belarus clinched bronze at the ongoing Chuncheon 2024 World Taekwondo Junior Championships in the Republic of Korea, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Sports and Tourism Ministry.

The Belarusian placed third in the 68kg event. Palina Mikhalchuk secured three wins but lost to Naomi Alade of the United States in the semifinal.

Team Belarus consists of 17 athletes. The event in the Republic of Korea will be over on 6 October.
