MINSK, 22 December (BelTA) – The Belarusian Telegraph Agency website is now available in Chinese at http://chn.belta.by/.

Visitors will be able to browse news, photos, video content, special reports about key events in Belarus’ political, social, economic, cultural, and sport life.

Chinese speakers are interested in information about Belarus nowadays since Belarus and China are busy implementing bilateral projects and Chinese businessmen, investors, and tourists grow increasingly eager to learn more about Belarus. Advancing cooperation with China is a high priority in Belarus’ foreign policy.

BelTA is the largest news agency of the Republic of Belarus. Since 1918 BelTA has been the country’s official news agency and is a respected source of up-to-the-minute news about events in Belarus.

BelTA reporters operate in real time. Every day BelTA releases about 200 news items, 120 photos in addition to videos and infographics.
