MINSK, 20 November (BelTA) - Belarus’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched an unusual campaign on its Facebook page. Belarusian embassies in various countries were asked to show what the weather is like in the countries of their residence, BelTA has learned.

“What's the weather like in Belarus today? Most likely you will say that it is autumn-like, rainy and cold. But it is a tricky question. Belarus has diplomatic presence in 57 countries around the world. These are our overseas agencies. We invite you to see how they live, how they look like and kind of weather Belarus might have abroad!” reads the post on the MFA’s Facebook page.

Seoul

Abu Dhabi

Several Belarusian diplomatic missions have already posted photos. For example, the embassy in Tashkent enjoys sunny weather and roses in the courtyard. The autumn in Seoul and Abu Dhabi is sunny, too.

Munich

Frosts and snow have come to Munich, despite the fact that roses are still in bloom there. “Roses and frosts!” diplomats signed the photo.

Kiev

Employees of the Belarusian embassy in Ukraine also showed the first snow in Kiev. The weather outside the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Moscow is similar to that in Minsk: it is dull and cloudy, with people wrapping themselves up in warm clothes.
