Belarus wins two silver medals at 2019 European Championship 10m in Croatia

MINSK, 26 March (BelTA) – Belarusian athletes won two silver medals at the 2019 European Championship 10m that took place in Osijek, Croatia, BelTA has learned.

Abdul-Aziz Kurdzi of Belarus claimed the 10m Air Pistol Men Junior silver. Together with Yauheni Lamashevich and Uladzislau Dzemesh, he grabbed another silver in the 10m Air Pistol Men Junior Team Event.

Viktoria Chaika of Belarus finished sixth in the 10m Air Pistol Women.

The shooting competitions will make part of the 2nd European Games on 22-28 June. Winners of the Olympic disciplines will secure 2020 Tokyo berths.
