MINSK, 11 December (BelTA) – The 14th 2018 FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) will kick off in Hangzhou, China on 11 December, BelTA has learned.
Belarus will be represented by eight athletes: Anastasia Koryakovskaya, Anastasia Shkurdai, Artyom Machekin, Viktor Staselovich, Grigory Pekarsky, Evgeny Tsurkin, Ilya Shimanovich, and Nikita Tsmyg.
The FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) are a biennial event. This year taking part in the competitions will be more than 900 athletes from 178 countries. The world’s sport forum will feature 46 medal events.
