MINSK, 19 July (BelTA) – A solemn first-day-of-issue stamp dedication ceremony was held at the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 19 July to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between Belarus and Latvia, BelTA has learned.
The circulation of the stamp depicting the coats of arms of the two states is 60,000 copies.
The Class H stamp is used for sending international written correspondence (letters, parcels, small packages) weighing under 20 grams.
