MINSK, 19 June (BelTA) – Belarus has hosted over 588,564 arrivals from the neighboring EU countries since the launch of the visa-waiver program, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.
A total of 588,564 citizens of the neighboring EU states took advantage of the program to visit Belarus, including 381,234 citizens of Lithuania, 39,249 non-citizens and 128,135 citizens of Latvia, and 39,946 Polish citizens.
Since the start of the year, Belarus has welcomed 203,578 visitors from the neighboring EU states: 132,971 citizens of Lithuania, 40,001 citizens and 12,370 non-citizens of Latvia, and 18,236 Polish citizens.
