Belarus' COVID-19 latest: 966 new cases, 1,191 recoveries

MINSK, 10 June (BelTA) – Belarus confirmed 966 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours; another 1,191 coronavirus patients were discharged from hospital, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.

The nationwide coronavirus tally now stands at 402,819 cases. A total of 395,463 patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered in Belarus.

As many as 2,949 COVID-19 patients have died since the infection outbreak in Belarus.

All in all, Belarus performed 6,483,352 tests, including 17,187 tests in the past 24 hours.

More than 656,000 Belarusians have already received the first dose of the vaccine and over 358,000 have already got both shots.
