Wreath ceremony to mark Day of Remembrance in Minsk

Border troops were the ones to launch the commemoration events in Belarus to mark the Day of Remembrance of the victims of the Great Patriotic War. The wreath ceremony was held at the Victory Monument at 4a.m. on 22 June.
