Belarus' Yauheni Karaliok won gold in the Men's Scratch Race at the UCI Track World Cup in Minsk. The Belarusian clocked 16:55.485 to leave behind Spain's Sebastian Mora Vedri (second) and Eric Young of the United States (third).
