Sweet Present for the city – Minsk 950 cake

The 270kg heavy Minsk 950 cake, almost four meters in diameter, was crafted from honey sponges filled with condensed milk, chocolate and apples with cinnamon. The huge cake was made in the form of a flower with nine petals representing the number of Minsk’s districts.
