Ceremony to lay flowers to Minsk Hero City stele

Nine couples from all the districts of Minsk tied the knot in the Upper Town concert hall on 9 September. They said they hope to celebrate their ‘golden’ wedding anniversary in 50 years as Minsk will mark its 1000th birthday.
