Inclusive Belarus regional campaign in Vitebsk

Vitebsk was the last stop on the route of the Inclusive Belarus campaign. Ekaterina Paniklova, Deputy Permanent Representative of the UNDP in Belarus, attended the ceremony and noted that Belarus’ experience and practices of tackling social inequality can be of use to other countries of Eastern Europe.
