Presidential aide wishes Happy New Year to family from Lugansk Oblast

As part of the Our Children charity campaign Presidential Aide – Inspector for Gomel Oblast Sergei Bartosh wished Happy New Year to the Yeliseyev family that had arrived in Belarus from Lugansk Oblast.

In March of this year the family moved from Lugansk Oblast to Belarus. At first they lived in the Chenki sanatorium, after a while they were offered a two-room rental apartment in Gomel.
