Molodechno takes over the Capital of Culture title from Brest

The final stage of the nationwide action Capital of Culture of Belarus 2015 took place in the Brest Regional Palace of Culture of Trade Unions. During the ceremony Brest Mayor Alexander Rogachuk presented a symbolic sign of the capital of culture to head of the Molodechno District administration Alexander Yakhnovets.
