Best combine operator honored in Vitebsk Oblast

Valentin Yashchenko, a combine driver at the Rudakovo agricultural company, was the first in Vitebsk Oblast to crop 1,000 tonnes of grain, then 2,000 and finally 3,000 tonnes.
