Mikhail Volkov

Mikhail Volkov, a mathematics teacher at Vitebsk Gymnasium No.8, Honored Worker of Education of the Republic of Belarus, holder of the Order of Francysk Skaryna and the title Person of the Year of Vitebsk Oblast. He was elected delegate to the 6th Belarusian People’s Congress.
