Honored Poleshuk award ceremony

The Honored Poleshuk title is bestowed upon Piotr Ostapchuk, long-time head of the merited amateur folk group Vytinanka from the Stolin Community Center, Brest Oblast. The letter of recognition is presented by Belarus’ Culture Minister Yuri Bondar.
