First-day-of-issue dedication ceremony for a special envelope honoring the Belarusian Written Language Day

The ceremony at the Belpochta pavilion on the central square of the town was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Igor Petrishenko, Brest Oblast Governor Anatoly Lis and Chairman of the Ivanovo District Executive Committee Yuri Bisun.
