A lily, the symbol of Novopolotsk, beautifies the city on its 60th birthday

To mark the anniversary the city was decorated with an elegant lighting construction made of metal in the shape of a lily, the main symbol of the city of Belarusian oil workers (it is 7m high with 9m in diameter).
